When God Knocks: How Gospel-Centered Marketing Opens Doors (and Hearts) for the Kingdom"
Dear Reader,
It started with a whisper. A nudge. A stirring deep in my soul.
God called, but the answer I heard was…
“Not yet.”
So, I waited. I walked. I wrestled. There were lessons to learn, people to love, wounds to heal, and faith to refine. The waiting was painful, but it was not wasted. Because when God calls, He also prepares.
Then, He shook up my world, and I went. I answered, “Here am I, send me” (Isaiah 6:8), and He did.
I went overseas to proclaim the Gospel and be wrecked by it all over again. And now, I’m back. Back with stories. Back with scars. Back with a fire in my bones that won’t let me stay silent.
But here’s the thing—The Great Commission is not a solo mission. Jesus didn’t say, “Go into all the world” (Mark 16:15) as an option for the select few. This is a call for all of us. Some go. Some send. But none are exempt.
And that, dear reader, is why we’re here. You and I.
Marketing is not just strategy. It’s not algorithms and analytics. At its core, marketing is about a message. And our message—the Gospel—is the most urgent, life-altering, eternity-defining message there is.
Marketing, when done through a biblical lens, is just another way of saying:
Come and see. (John 1:39)
Let me tell you about a man who knew everything about me yet still loved me. (John 4:29)
Taste and see that the Lord is good. (Psalm 34:8)
This isn’t just about selling a product. It’s about reaching people, opening doors, preparing hearts, and pointing to Jesus. It’s about meeting the lost where they are, in the language they understand, and showing them the way home.
There are three kinds of people in the Great Commission: Those who go, those who send, and those who disobey.
Which one will you be?
I can’t run this race alone.
I need warriors.
I need watchmen.
I need encouragers.
I need intercessors.
I need Gospel preachers.
I need you.
Will you answer the call with me?
Sincerely, your Marketing Missionary in the Digital Wilderness
