The standard for our leadership goes beyond worldly success—it must reflect God's Word and bring glory to Him in all we do. 1. Lead with a Servant’s Heart
Jesus showed us that authentic leadership is rooted in serving others. He modeled this by washing His disciples' feet, demonstrating that leadership in God’s kingdom looks vastly different from leadership in the world (John 13:12-15). As leaders, we are called to serve, not to be served. Leadership isn’t just about achieving success—it’s about doing so in a way that demonstrates God’s greatness.
"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31).
